Tight Lines Vacation home sits on beautiful scenic piece of heaven, with 80 feet of waterfront that feeds into Charlotte Harbor than onto the Gulf of Mexico. The kids will be filled with excitement and joy seeing all of the different kinds of fish swimming in the canal. The family will love their own private aquarium just below the dock. Spend the day fishing off the dock or take your boat ( not included) for a ride to the Charlotte Harbor and onto the Gulf of Mexico, you may even spot a manatee!

Tight Lines Vacation is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home offers water views from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Bask in the warm sun while taking in the cool breeze off the water. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or adult beverage in the evening, while watching the fish jump.

So many activities to do such as, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Must request use in advance and refundable security deposit is required.

Yasmine is a great host. She is very quick to respond to any questions. Her home is is clean and comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. She has put a lot of thought to help her renters through her hosts book. I would definitely stay there again.

I rented this house to be near the rest of my family, on spring break.This house has plenty of space and was nicely furnished. Some fixtures in the house were worn (broken drawer rails, uneven counter, wobbly faucet), but for the price, the house filled my needs. The owner was great, with very quick communication and responses, and accommodating.

Tight Lines Vacation made for an excellent, relaxing vacation. The home was very clean, well kept. Excellent fishing dock/deck, patio area. The home is in a central location, which is very accessible to Port Charlotte and several area beaches. Yasmine was very responsive to any questions. The unit has a washer dryer, which was very convenient also. We will definitely book with Tight Lines!

The location was as described online. Extremely clean, all the amenities needed were available. Check-in and check-out extremely easy. Yasmine was available and timely for all questions. We loved the home and are planning to book again! The location was perfect for being centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was great that fishing equipment was supplied to fish off the dock and recommendations for a local bait shop.

Wonderful home!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! There were supplies if we needed coffee, etc. We were there for Spring Training and the parks were close by! The canal out back is very nice! There are options to canoe or kayak. We had a nice fire in the evenings in the fire pit. Yasmine is a wonderful host, who answers promptly and checks into see if everything is going well and if we needed anything during our stay. We highly recommend this lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay here in January. House is in a great location on a canal, very quiet surroundings. House is clean, well maintained, and well stocked with kitchen equipment. We had beautiful sunsets every night, the occasional visit from the neighborhood bobcat, fishing in the canal, kayaking, bicycle rides, and evening walks. 10 minutes from the main commercial area so easy to get supplies. And friendly neigjbours also. Owner is wonderful and accomodating. We would highly recommend this rental.

Sure thing

We live near this house and have always thought it was a very nice and well kept house. We had been anxious to rent this for family coming down to visit, we wanted to see the inside. My Son and his wife and their infant son came down and we got the house for them, my Daughter-in-law is a very picky person. When they got down we were finally able to see the inside and were not disappointed, Daughter-in-law loved it. The interior was immaculate and quite nicely decorated. Also the house backs up to one of the canals we have in this area and that was a nice peaceful setting on the water watching an an occasional fish jump up. They have everything in the house labeled for dishes, flatware, even trash bags. Most accommodating. I can't wait for the kids to come back down so we can rent this house again. Excellent experience. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you to the owners for being most accommodating also; always willing to help and they're a phone call away. NICE!

This home was fully equipped with a complete kitchen, laundry and many extras. Great quality of all the essentials and comfy master bed with great pillows. Fun watching “flying fish” and catch and release of many types of interesting fish. Nice patio set with beautiful sunset. Location a little off the path but very easy to get to dining and grocery options. Would stay again.

Why they chose this property

My husband, Jason, and I discovered the area when we began searching for our vacation home in 2021. There were a few things we required. We wanted the area to be peaceful, friendly, and on the water. After we sold our investment property in Fort Lauderdale, we were in the position to purchase a vacation rental, and we ventured into Port Charlotte.

Falling in love with the area, Port Charlotte, a boater's and fisherman's playground, we found our home: Tight Lines. We wanted to offer our guests a home-like experience, so we furnish and equip it with quality bedding, and decor. Our guests don't feel like they are in an ordinary rental. We wanted guests to feel at home during their vacation. By always focusing on you, our valuable customers and guests, we have helped build a legacy of beautiful memories.
