Beautiful Spacious House near the bay!
Over 2,000 sq. ft of interior space. The house has TWO master rooms with king beds, Smart TV’s, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A third full bathroom. All rooms have large walk-in closets with plenty of space to store luggage. Family room has plenty of comfortable seating with recliners and a 70-inch Smart TV. We offer board games, books, wine cooler, and more. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need. Large laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer. You will LOVE this house!
Close to restaurants, supermarkets, Charlotte Sports Park, Port Charlotte Beach Park, and McGuire Park with many amenities including splash pad for kids!
