Our air-conditioned apartment in Guia is located on the first floor of a two-storey house in the beautiful and well maintained holiday complex "Jardim Paraiso" and is designed for 4 people.
From here it is only a short walk to various restaurants where you can enjoy the famous and very tasty "Frango da Guia" (grilled chicken).
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
The living room with couch, dining table and TV and door to the balcony (north side)

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed, balcony (south side)

Wir haben im Juli als 4 köpfige Familie dort Urlaub gemacht.Die Wohnanlage,die teils vermietet aber auch selbst genutzt wird,ist sauber und gepflegt.der Gemeinschaftspool auf der Rückseite ist groß und trotz einiger Beschädigungen in gutem Zustand.im Außenbereich befindet sich auch ein Grill,der benutzt werden kann.Die Wassertemperatur und Chlorgehalt sind in Ordnung.Die Wohnung,die wir für eine Woche hatten war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte.Zudem gab es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und 2 Toiletten.Die Vermieterin lebt in Deutschland und antwortet schnell auf Fragen.Von der Anlage und Wohnung her,würden wir dort immer wieder Urlaub machen.Das einzige Problem ist nur,das Gebäude liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße die schon sehr laut ist durch die ganzen Mopedfahrer.

Toller Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Nette und sehr flexible Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr gepflegt. Nur den Balkon fanden wir recht klein, zu Dritt draußen essen war schon eng. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung (ein paar Gewürze und Geschirrspültabs sollte man selber mitbringen), und alles funktioniert. Sehr schöne Anlage, guter Pool.

A taxa de limpeza está mencinada nas regras de aluguer. O Senhor teve que aceitar as regras para poder efectuar a reserva. Os senhores para nao pagarem, fugiram antes da hora em que marcaram, para a nossa assistente ir receber a chave. Além disso deixaram a casa em péssimo estado.

Beautiful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed in Guia this year after not having travelled abroad since 2019. We have stayed in Guia many times over the years and we love the Jardin paraiso complex. Beautiful grounds ,outdoor pool and spacious apartment in a typically Portuguese area 10 mins away from the tourist resort of Albufeira.

Kurzurlaub Guia

Sehr saubere, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Zugang zum Pool ist einwandfrei. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage braucht man nicht, weil vor der Tür immer Platz ist. Eine genaue Adresse mit Hausnummer wäre kurz vor Ankunft schön gewesen, stattdessen Koordinaten. War am Ende aber auch kein Problem. Die gute Fee Paula stand vor der Tür und hat uns sehr angenehm empfangen. Mi der Vermieterin standen wir über die FeWo-Plattform via Chat auch im Kontakt. Sauberkeit, Lage und Organisazion sind top. Wer eine gut ausgestattete Küche sucht, ist hier auch richtig. Wir haben nur den geräumigen Kühlschrank verwendet. Daumen hoch! Wir würden wiederkommen!
