About this property

New holiday apartment in beautiful surroundings

Welcome to the Fa. Orterer in Bad Heilbrunn!
Our modern and cozy apartments were completed in June 2019. They are high quality and tastefully furnished and offer every comfort. This apartment is about 45 square meters and has two openly interconnected rooms. A very attractive bedroom with a box spring bed (160x200) Hardness 2 right - hardness level 3 left. Two large wardrobes and a TV.
In the living-kitchen area is a well-equipped kitchen with modern work unit, microwave, coffee maker-kettle-gefülles spice rack ... and everything you need for the preparation of the food. A sofa with pull-out functions (140x180) for possibly 3. Person is also available. Of course there is also a TV there. The modern bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and countertop sink. Hair dryer and towels are included. Thanks to underfloor heating in the whole apartment no cold feet. Also a balcony on three sides promises relaxation! We look forward to you!!!

Awesome little apartment for a quiet getaway! Photos are exactly what it looks like, modern and clean! Communication with hosts was fast ans excellent, from check in to check out- they are very friendly and gonout of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay! Black out roller/shutter blinds in the bedroom were so great! There is a small spiral staircase to get the the apartment, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit of a challenge- but would not prevent me from staying here again! Would definitely recommend for solo traveler or couple looking for a clean, modern, and quiet place to stay!

Auszeit mitten in der Natur

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In der ebenerdigen Dusche gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Duschgel, Shampoo etc.. Besonders gut fanden wir auch die zahlreichen Staumöglichkeiten im Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und der Küche. So konnten wir unsere Habseligkeiten gut unterbringen und hatten den ganzen Krams nicht immer im Weg rumstehen. Toll war auch der Brötchenservice der ortsansässigen Bäckerei. Familie Orterer sind äußerst nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden mit einem Blumensträußchen in der Wohnung begrüßt und haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Tipps waren sie immer ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In alle Richtungen kann man etwas unternehmen, auch zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto.

Rundum angenehm und entspannend

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ansprechender Umgebung bei sehr netten Vermietern vor. Die Gegend bietet abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Unternehmungen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Fotos! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt. Wir haben uns den kompletten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Kleines Manko ist das eher schwache Wlan. Für uns war es nicht das große Problem, aber wer vielleicht während seines Aufenthalts Homeoffice machen möchte/muss, sollte dies im Hinterkopf haben.

Kurzurlaub in Ramsau

Eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die moderne Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Ein liebevoller blumiger sowie süßer Willkommensgruß haben uns am Ankunftstag auf den Urlaub eingestimmt. Umliegende Ausflugsorte sind schnell zu erreichen. Nicht zu vergessen sind die sehr empathischen Vermieter. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt bei den Orterers. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche bei Ihnen. Alle Daumen hoch. Perfekt!

Das war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Fewo mit sehr unkomplizierten Vermietern. Nette Gesten in Form eines Blunenstrausses und viel Liebe zum Detail in der Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung, sogar Tupperdosen und Gewürze. So viele kleine Dinge, die es in einer anonymen Fewo nicht gibt, haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Wir werden bestimmt gerne wieder kommen!
