Why they chose this property
This house is nested among beautiful palm trees, magnolia, live oak, and pine trees and centrally located inside Sea Pines Resort.
We love to ride our bikes all around Sea Pines, walk in forest preserve, play golf in sea pines golf courses. The new restaurant at the Harbor Town has the best view at the sunset and a great place for a romantic dinner! Do not forget to check out the delicious breakfast and coffee place at the Harbor Town Bakery. We enjoy reading inside during a raining day or reading outside and having a cocktail by the pool, it is so peaceful to walk on the beach under the moonlight. Jump inside the pool and relax under the beautiful live oak tree after a long day at the beach or playing golf or tennis!
Next to its unmatched coastline, Hilton Head is perhaps best known for its immaculate
golf courses, so much so that Sea Pines Resort hosts the annual PGA TOUR's RBC
Heritage tournament each April. Whether you're a seasoned professional or have yet to pick up a putter, Sea Pines is the perfect place to work on your golf game. Choose from one of the resort's top-tier courses for a round with friends or sign up for lessons at the Golf Learning Center. You'll be competing with the best of them in no time.
If you like bird watching, located off Palmetto Bay Road, just outside of Sea Pines, Audubon Newhall Preserve is free of charge to visit. This 50-acre protected preserve was created by the founders of Sea Pines Resort in 1976 in honor of conservationalist Caroline “Beany” Newhall. You can sign up for guided walks during the spring and fall months, or simply explore the trails on your own. You’re likely to see brown-headed nuthatch, red-shouldered hawk, red-bellied woodpecker, and warblers.
