About this property

Cozy vacation home in Oudesluis. On the canal and boat with electric outboard motor.

Our holiday house No. 8 is located in the quiet bungalow park t´Zijper Eilant in Oudesluis about 9 km from the Callantsoog North Sea beach.
The house has approximately 85 m² of living space, 2 terraces, three bedrooms, including a single room, a shower room, toilet (bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms). Bed linen and towels are not available and should be brought along.

A cozy, high quality living and kitchen area with TV (satellite), DVD, stereo, WiFi, fridge, oven etc. There is a restaurant on site.

The house has direct access to the surrounding canal with its own jetty. From here you can plan leisurely boat tours with a paddle or motor. There is a boat rental company in town. Of course, the jetty is also ideal for fishing.

Shops:
Supermarkets at 4 km in Anna Paulowna and Schagen at about 8 km. The beautiful historic cities of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Den Helder are nearby and can be easily reached in 30 minutes by car.
In our facility there is also a large swimming pool for free use. With the motorboat you can go directly behind our house or from our harbor to the Amstelmeer and via locks to the North Sea.

Great family time

Despite a discrepancy in the house location, we had a stunning timr in Oudesluis. The house is great and well adapted to families with young kids. The neighborhood is quite with a safe playground nearby. The area is great to visit the region. Great time!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft und haben uns wie erwartet sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Heißluftfritteuse) und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen super gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft. Es gibt eine tolle Ausstattung an Küchenhelfern ( Sandwich Maker, Heisluftfriteuese, Senseo, Toaster etc.) Schlafzimmer mit Doppelzimmer im EG. Ist der Durchgang für den der am Fenster schläft sehr schmal. Aber TOP Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Das Boot mit E-Motor ist eine nette Ergänzung. Wenn doch nur alles Unterkünfte so TOP wären

Das Haus in Oldesluis ist klein, aber fein!wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an dort wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Es funktionierte alles!Die Ferienanlage ist sehr ruhig, besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das frei zu nutzende Schwimmbad! TollDer Kontakt zum Gastgeber war ausgesprochen sehr gut.! Wir hatten ein größeres Problem mit unserem Fahrzeug und der Gastgeber hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, sehr zuverlässig und schnell geantwortet und Alles getan, um zu helfen. Das war wirklich sehr besonders!

Ein schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Leider gab es den beschriebenen Bootssteg nicht mehr. Das Boot muss im nahe gelegenen „Hafen“ zu Wasser gelassen werden - das ist aber keine große Sache. Man sollte sich auch bewusst sein, dass die nächste Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen etwa 5 KM entfernt ist. Als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Fahrradtouren ist die Lage durchaus gut.

Sehr netter Vermieter

Wir wurden kurz nach Bezug des Hauses von Herrn Winter aufs herzlichste begrüßt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und hat fast alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Holland und wir werden sicherlich wieder anreisen.... ein besseres Wetter hätte dem Aufenthalt gut zu Gesicht gestanden.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer schönen Lage. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet und man hat alles was man braucht Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Mit dem Auto waren viele Spots schnell erreichbar.Bei Fragen war der Vermieter erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Kommen gern wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es sind sehr viele Haushaltsgeräte wie Toaster, Waffeleisen, Eierkocher, Mixer usw vorhanden.Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank waren vorhanden. Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle. Die Couch ist sehr bequem, das Einzelbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.Das Bad ist sehr klein und für Menschen mit fülligeren Umfang eine Herausforderung. Im großen und ganzen hat uns das Haus aber von innen sehr gut gefallen. Nur sollte dort das Reinigungspersonal auch mal unter Schränken oder hinter dem Einzelbett putzen. Die Außenanlage der Garten und Vorder Bereich bedarf einiges an Pflege. Überall stand das Unkraut, wie z. B auf der Terrasse und vor der Eingangstüre.Auch die Fenster waren recht schmutzig. Der Zugang zum Steg war kaum möglich, weil es total zugewachsen war. Das Gartenhaus ließ sich erst garnicht aufschließen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Rückmeldung. Was die Sauberkeit im Haus betrifft, werde ich es umgehend an die Reinigungsfirma weiterleiten. Der Garten und Rasen wird vom Parkverwalter gepflegt. Auch hier werde ich aktiv werden, denn es sollte nicht sein. Das Gartenhaus ist nur für die private Nutzung da. Eine Box mit Gartenstühlen und Auflagen neben dem Gartenhaus ist frei zugänglich. Auch die Box unter dem hinteren Fenster mit Bootsmotor für das Boot ist frei zugänglich. Der Bootssteg ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar und musste auf Grund der bevorstehenden Deichsanierung abgebaut werden. Das Badezimmer ist nicht sehr groß. Eine Vergrößerung des Badezimmers ist nur möglich, wenn man das Einzelzimmer und separaten Schlafraum aufgibt. Da man im Bad in der Regel weniger Zeit verbringt, haben wir es so belassen. Ich selber bin 1,95 cm groß und habe kein Idealgewicht, aber kann mich sehr gut im Bad bewegen . Das Bett im Einzelzimmer habe ich selber oft genutzt, hier gab es keine Geräusche. Werde aber auch hier tätig werden.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben uns in dem sauberen und gemütlich eingerichtetem Haus, das sich in einer liebevoll gepflegten Ferienanlage befindet, rundherum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen das Häuschen sehr gerne weiter.

Nettes Haus am Kanal in Nordholland

Unser Kurztrip nach Nordholland war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell am Strand (z.B. Callantsoog). Es gibt viele hübsche Städte, wie Alkmaar in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
