Cabin is close to Deadwood and within 10 minutes to an hour & a half from most popular tourist attractions. Home is designed to sleep 12-14 guests comfortably. One of guests’ favorites is the Game Room with Buck Hunter, pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, Pac-Man & multiple table top video games & more. Favorite features include TV’s in each bedroom, large TV’s in living room and family room, inside fireplace, outside hot tub and fire pit. This home is in the Powderhouse Pass development and features a community clubhouse with pool table and shuffle board as well as a community swimming pool. Plenty of room for parking trailers for snowmobiles and ATV's. Short walk to the community building and clubhouse with outdoor heated pools (one open year round), splash pad, and fire pits.

Kickback Shack is a newly constructed home with most amenities that vacationers are looking for. There are plenty of private spaces as well as several areas for groups to visit and relax. There are 5 bedrooms with Smart TVs and king beds. One includes a bunk bed, also. A Loft with desk and pull out couch & futon provides space for work and for extra sleeping needs. There is a Living Room area with a fireplace; both Living and Family rooms have a large screen Smart TV; a Family room with wet bar, extra refrigerator, and ice maker; and a Game Room that includes a pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball, shuffle board, air hockey and a multi-game table top video game including Pac Man, Dig Dug and many others. There are numerous decks and patios with seating, a hot tub, gas grill, a gas fire pit, and a gas fireplace in the living room. In addition, there are many popular activities close by year round.
This property has parking for cars and trailers as well as some off-site parking available in the Powder House Pass Development. There are paved roads and fire hydrants close and throughout the development. The Community Building which is a short walk, is well kept and will accommodate large groups. This community space also includes a table for games, a pool table and shuffleboard. There are two outdoor heated pools with the smaller one available year round. A splash pad for children and a couple fire pits with seating are available for your enjoyment.
