Welcome to Sunset Charlotte, home away from home. This is idyllic, lakefront home nestled among the palms trees. We are so happy to host you!
Our home was built in 1961& still has a lot of its original charm.
We bought our home in 2022 and have lovingly updated it, and will improve over time. Now, we hope you can enjoy and relax with the whole family some time in this cozy and peaceful place to stay.

Centrally located nice stay.

Nice updates to the property, and obviously more to come. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were not the most comfortable, but adequate. Owner was very responsive when we made contact. All in all, a nice stay!

Lock & monitoring

Home owner constantly monitored via ring camera and advised immediately of any issues or items of concern. Auto lock on front door was a bit of a hassle and seemed to run batteries out. With a party of 8+ people where constantly in and out. Over all good stay! Homeowner worked with us on having a few extra people come in stay periodically.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Contacted host the night we checked in about multiple issues, house being dirty and mold on the patio among other things. No ice or water from refrigerator door, host said we shouldn’t drink the water, which was not mentioned in listing. We moved out the following morning due to so many issues needing attention. Host was to fix things but never told us that they were fixed or let us know we could move back in, since we couldn't go back there, we offered the host to pay for one week, even though we were only there one night but he refused and would not respond to phone calls or texts.
