This room is only accessible through stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant. THE LANDING HOTEL operates as an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. We enjoyed being in town but most importantly on the water by the park! We went on morning and evening walks steps outside our door along the Chelan Riverwalk Park trail and launched our paddle boards there during the day. Thank you for hosting!

Very pleased with the overall property. Only downside was no elevator to get up to the second floor. Other then that, great location and it was a quiet stay. Will definitely book again for a future trip

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, and river walk, which was beautiful.Service was a challenge. No communication from the host day before or day of check-in about how to get access to room. I assumed it would be done through the restaurant downstairs. Nope. The hostess gave me a phone number, saying we were the second guest to not receive check-in instructions. Parking instructions are equally unclear. It said you can park on the street in front of the building, but street signs say no parking between 3 and 5 a.m. Given additional instructions to go to a parking lot 2 blocks away. When we arrived, signs clearly said "no overnight parking." Finally found street parking with no restrictions. No view of the water from our room, despite images showing balcony overlooking the water. (Communal balcony for all guests to use.) After all that, no water bottles provided in the room. Disappointed.

Checking in was easy. Just a code to open door. Unit was clean.. the bed was lumpy not very comfortable. And the skylight over the bed was not great.. had to put pillow over my head. Also no balcony.. you can use the common one but country music going all night through the speaker made sitting outside less enjoyable. Also ice bon had the scoop inside. Clip outside but people did not use it.. for a shared ice situation maybe some signage so people don’t contaminate ice. Just a thought..
