Only 800 meters to the natural beach, lies the chic thatched cottage "Roter Milan" surrounded by meadows, countryside and fields. Newly built, the house offers 106sqm living space and terrace and garden. The equipment is extremely comfortable for up to 4 people. Guests with a dog are welcome.

Modern and comfortable spend a wonderful holiday in this high quality equipped thatched cottage with fireplace and in-house sauna. The chic residence offers spacious living space of 106sqm for up to 4 people and is divided into a bright living / dining area with fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining table with 4 seats overlooking the terrace with beach chair. Of course, flat-screen TV, music system are available and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. Make yourself comfortable on the comfortable couch or in the reading chair. The kitchenette spoils with everything needed to prepare the holiday meals? Dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster u. S. W. A bright shower room with sauna is also available on the ground floor of the house. Three separate bedrooms are upstairs, accessed via a wooden staircase. 1x with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and 2x each with a single bed. Very generous is the chic full bath upstairs with bathtub, shower, toilet and daylight. Guests with dog (5?/ Day) are in the house?Red Milan? welcome. Bread delivery service possible. You can park your car for free on the outdoor parking space. Security deposit of 200? is to be paid.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Fantastische vakantiewoning aan de Oostzee

Heerlijk uitgerust aan de Oostzee in een vakantiehuis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. We hebben genoten van de sauna. WIFI was uitstekend Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan de Hanzesteden Lübeck en Wismar.

Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Es ist sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und top (!) ausgestattet. Wir waren überrascht, wie ruhig es war, obwohl wir mitten in der Sommersaison gebucht hatten. Der Strand ist zwar nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt, mir persönlich reichte aber meist die Terrasse und der Platz um das Haus herum schon aus. Buchung, Kommunikation etc. alles einwandfrei, aus meiner Sicht 100% zu empfehlen.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus in super Lage. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr schön und wirklich kurz! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
