You will have use of the entire home and garage for parking.
The Neighborhood:
We love that this home is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort and within walking distance (just a few blocks) to the Plumas Pines Rec Center/Pool. No need to load up your car, grab your flip flops, golf clubs and go. Longboards Restaurant, hiking and biking trails are all close by. AND only 3 miles from downtown Graeagle.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance.
