Es ist eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Restaurants und der See sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt. Es war ein entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub.

Gute Lage, mangelnde Hygiene

Nach einer sehr kurzen Begrüßung fanden eine ausgesprochen ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit nettem Garten, welcher über den Hausgang zu erreichen ist vor. Eine Einweisung oder einen kurzen Rundgang durch den Garten gab es leider nicht, die Info wie man ins Internet kommt erhielten wir über eine schriftliche Anfrage, da persönlich anders als angekündigt und auch über das Handy Niemand zu erreichen war. Allein der Hund hörte unser Rufen und begrüßte uns nochmals. Naja alles ein wenig enttäuschend aber nicht wirklich ein Problem. Allerdings hätten wir folgende entscheidende Punkte gerne persönlich vor Ort geklärt ( aber auch bei der Abreise war Niemand vor Ort) : Sowohl das Sofa ist sehr schmuddelig ( die Bezüge dort sollten dringend abgezogen und gereinigt werden) und der Boden vom Badezimmer wies Fußabdrücke und Haare von diversen Körperstellen der Vorgänger auf. Der Boden und die Wandfliesen waren hier definitiv nicht gereinigt. Dies hatte leider den Effekt, das man sich hier immer ein unbehaagliches Gefühl hat, was die Hygiene betrifft. Das Haus liegt oberhalb vom Starnbergersee , der zu Fuß in 15 bis 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen ist. Auch schöne Wanderungen kann man von der Wohnung aus gut beginnen, wenn man sich ein wenig orientiert hat. Hier fehlt leider ausreichend aktuelles Infomaterial auch über Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung, alte Starnbergerzeitschriften sind da nicht wirklich hilfreich. Insgesamt scheint man sich einfach nicht ausreichend um Haus und Wohnung kümmern zu können oder zu wollen, dies fällt immer wieder auf. Schade mit mehr persönlichem Einsatz und etwas mehr Freude an der Vermietung könnte man hier eine nette Ferienwohnung anbieten.

Tolle Anlage mit Pool in top Lage

Super tolle, ruhige Tage in dieser Top Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach spitze und die Wohnungsausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zur Innenstadt sind es nur 15 Minuten zu gehen. Der Standort ist auch bestens für Ausflüge in die Alpen geeignet. München ist problemlos in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto oder der S-Bahn zu erreichen. Nach einem ausgiebigen Stadtbummel kann man sich am Abend im Garten (Park) bestens erholen und noch ein paar Runden schwimmen. Und in der Nacht hat man dann wieder diese herrliche Ruhe!!! Diese Wohnung ist ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
