The adjoining garden offers the opportunity to barbecue or just for a cozy stay. Parking spaces are located directly at the property, garages are available on request.

*Winter*
Lerbach in the Upper Harz is centrally located to many recreational opportunities in winter. Cross-country skiing, tobogganing and alpine fun are as much at your expense as hikers and connoisseurs. Also within a few minutes - the Aloha Aqualand water park in Osterode on the Harz.

*Summer*
Perfectly located in Osterode district Lerbach, the apartments are the starting point for excursions in the Harz, hiking or cycling. Motorcyclists are with us - we are also passionate Zweiradfans - of course, welcome. At the building of FeWos Lerbachtal there are garages for your vehicles. These are available to our guests on request free of charge! In addition, we have many route and touring tips ready for you! The first serpentine is waiting 5 minutes away!

The apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment building with only a handful, but spacious spacious apartments and is divided into a living room with sofa bed (2.00 x 1.40 m), flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, DVD player, two bedrooms each with a double bed (two seven-zone cold foam mattresses 2,00 x 0,90m), a shower room and a modern kitchen.
The adjoining garden offers the opportunity to barbecue or just for a cozy stay. Parking spaces are located directly at the property, garages are available on request.

Wohnung sauber und geräumig

Der Fussboden in der gesamten oberen Wohnung knarrt mächtig, die Tür zum Schlafzimmer gegenüber des Bades lässt sich nicht ganz schliessen.

Erwartungen erfüllt!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man könnte fast modern sagen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, genug Geschirr ist auch vorhanden, man muss also nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen, das übernimmt dann der Geschirrspüler! Die Betten sind bequem, eines der Schlafzimmer liegt allerdings am Treppenhaus, da das Haus etwas hellhörig ist, könnte die Schlafphase frühzeitig unterbrochen werden. Etwas unangenehm könnte es für die Untermieter sein, da der Boden knarrt. Uns selber hat es aber nicht gestört. Abstellen würde ich folgende Punkte: - Rollos/Jalousien in den Schlafräumen austauschen - Türschaniere ölen - Stühle vom Esstisch Schrauben nachziehen Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen!

Osterode/Lerbach

Wir haben uns eigentlich sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Haus etwas hellhörig ist. Das ist aber kein Problem, wenn man Nachbarn hat, die die gleichen Gewohnheiten haben, wie man selbst. Denn einer der Schlafräume grenzt ans Treppenhaus. Das Kommen und Gehen ist dann deutlich wahrzunehmen. Die knarrenden Dielen haben Charme und stören wahrscheinlich nur die Mieter, die eins tiefer wohnen. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr gemütlich und bequem eingerichtet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten würde ich nachbessern! Die quietschenden Türen ölen, die Rollos in den Schlafräumen auswechseln und bei den Stühlen die Schrauben nachziehen. Alles in allem würden wir hier wieder mieten!

Sehr gute Wohnung

Sehr netter Empfang, guter Parkplatz für mehrere Autos. Sehr gute gepflegt Wohnung, die auch sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Netter Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister, der für alles ein Ohr hatte und nützliche Tips gab. Werden diese Wohnung wieder Buchen und vielleicht mit dem Motorrad kommen. Vielen Dank.
