-Patio is allowed only for register guests any extra person in patio must be reported to host and a $20 fee will apply per person
-There is a Bathroom outside for extra visitor to use, we only allowed registered guests inside the house

The location is quiet and still close to the airport and downtown which was a great spot for a quick gals weekend trip. Comfy beds and clean kitchen, with an inviting back yard. Great for group travel & Sara was very communicative.

I love this place and will definitely be back! It is open concept, great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen!!! The kitchen had all we needed and more! Extra blankets for my husband were so helpful! The location was nice. Short drive to the beaches, stores nearby, the things to do are close by. Our host was so helpful especially since I am not a vrbo pro! The only thing I would add is a step stool(height challenged) and a shower stool(for shaving). Thank you so much for a fantastic week! See you soon Heather and family!

Great communication with the host. The place is amazing, wish we would had more time to utilize the outdoor kitchen. We stayed here to go to the Bucs game and it was about a 20 minute walk to the stadium. We would for sure stay here again.

Simply Perfect

The host always responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The home was better than the photos. Spotless inside and out. The back yard is an amazing oasis. Only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Restaurants are also in walking distance. It was just my husband and I, but this home is perfect for a larger group or family. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely on my repeat list when we are back in town.

Great Vacation Home

Loved this house. Host quickly replied to questions. Neighborhood was easy to navigate to Steinbrenner stadium and great place for daily exercise walks. Within walking distance to local grocery, restaurants, bakery and park. Easy access to airport as well as Tampa attractions like the Riverwalk and aquarium.Backyard is a great place to relax. We cooked on BBQ several times during our 10 day stay and used the fire pit on chilly nights. Will definitely book again when in Tampa.

Amazing Stay

This place was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed being in the backyard, the only downfall was the mosquitoes in the back. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Area was so convenient to find places. I had to go to the convention center for an event and the ride wasn't far at all. When we checked out, we didn't realize that we left a macbook. The host wrote to us immediately and made it so easy for us to retrieve it back.
