In the winter, walk or take the free shuttle to the Holiday Valley ski slopes. Take a quick 1 mile walk/drive into the village to explore quaint shops, great restaurants, and a charming atmosphere. When the snow is gone, Holiday Valley keeps the fun going with additional adventures like Sky High Adventure Park and the Double Black Diamond golf course.

Please note that the Holiday Valley pool fees are not included in booking. The pool complex is located at the Holiday Valley resort and currently requires reservations. The host was helpful and communicated well. The place was generally comfortable and well appointed, although there were a few oddities such as a fallen screen door, dirty pots and pans and very weak legs on an upholstered chair that made us afraid to sit in it. The marketing of this place as being close enough to walk to Holiday Valley Ski resort is quite deceptive. The listing said it's .2 miles but in reality it's closer to .5 miles.

Great stay for ski weekend

Came to Ellicottville for a quick ski weekend with my family. The townhome is in a great location - just across the main road from Holiday Valley and a quick drive into the village. Found the townhome very clean upon arrival.

Not very accurate

This unit is listed as a 2 bedroom,3 bath unit. At best this is a open loft bedroom with a queen bunk in the hallway. No doors to any bedroom. It is listed at 3 bays and there is a bath and a half. It was very clean and well stocked but did not meet our needs at all.

Great getaway!

The property was so cozy and cute! I must have missed in the description that the property was up one flight of stairs but we managed just fine. My friend and I had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Although the place is on the smaller side, it was spacious enough to have a queen bed in the pull out couch, a queen bed upstairs in the loft and a bunk bed with a smaller bed on top and another queen on the bottom! So many places to rest your head! The property owner even had ice in the freezer waiting for us and was very responsive to any questions we had. The appliances are all top shelf and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker but no k-cups so I just made a cup of tea. I'd bring my own k-cups next time and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
