Our exclusive gated community is on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton County, situated directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Stroll down a palm tree lined walkway, with cobblestone streets, <1 min walk to the heated pool that sits high on the dunes, above the sugar white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

This home has an open, airy, and luxurious feeling. Impeccable designer touches everywhere you look. One of the few reverse floor plans within the community which offers an open-concept living/dining area and kitchen, along with the primary suite, on the top floor. Two sets of French doors in the living area open to a wide and roomy balcony that faces west and overlooks the resort. Great way to enjoy the peaceful breezes off the Gulf and beautiful sunsets. Shutters throughout the home offer an abundance of natural light and privacy.

Our incredibly well appointed kitchen has striking quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, handcrafted Moroccan clay tile, premier matte white cafe appliances, and natural wood open shelving. Elegantly designed living and dining area has plenty of seating options, a 55` Frame TV, Crosley record player (bluetooth/radio/CD/cassette options as well) with eclectic record collection, acoustic guitar, and more. Primary suite upstairs has a king size bed, 50` Frame TV, private bathroom with stand up shower and full size washer/dryer.

The first floor has a bedroom with two queen beds and 43` Frame TV, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private outdoor access to our side courtyard with an outdoor seating area, large gas grill, and stylish handmade brass outdoor shower.

There`s a clean two-vehicle garage for parking. You`ll also find a small workout area with free weights, a yoga mat, and Peleton bike to invigorate your stay. We have 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, a cooler, and assorted kids beach toys all provided for your use as well.

We have all the comforts of home and more. We are very family friendly and offer a pack n play, as well as a gate to close off the stairs and child locks on the necessary kitchen cabinets. We provide 4 well maintained cruiser bicycles with baskets free of charge. All this to give you the best 30A experience possible. Come stay with us, we`ve thought of everything you`ll need for the perfect Beach House vacation!

The entire Beach house is yours to enjoy. There`s one small tucked away closet that is locked and not for guest use, but both bedrooms have ample closet space for you to use, as well as the front entryway.

You’ll have your privacy and we are available to you for questions or concerns via text, phone or email. We offer contact less check in/out, with key code entry. We also have a local property manager if needed.

It`s an easy walk or bike ride to some of the best 30A has to offer. You can easily ride to many restaurants and shops nearby. Turn right out of the complex and you will quickly be in downtown Rosemary which features some fantastic dining, shopping, coffee and wine bars and the Sugar Shack candy store for kids of all ages. Turn left and you will be in the beautiful Alys Beach community featuring some stunning architecture, more shops and more great restaurants.

If you want to travel by vehicle, the Seaside and Water Color communities are only minutes to the west along 30A. By car, the Panama City Beach and Destin areas are both within 30 minutes.

For tennis players, you can bike to the Rosemary Beach Tennis Center in just minutes. The facility features 8 clay courts, including 6 with lights. The pros feature a number of clinics and private lessons for all levels. There are other tennis facilities within a short drive at Seaside and Water Color, all of which feature daily tennis clinics with tennis pros. Within an hour, you can take a private lesson on the grass courts of Sandestin.

For golfers, there are several public courses in the area.

It`s also a shopper`s dream, with Destin`s Silver Sands Outlet Center only 30 minutes to the west, and the expanded Pier Park shopping and entertainment center in Panama City 15 minutes to the east.

Our home is more convenient than ever, being only a short drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
Please treat our home with care and respect as if it were your own.

Check out is at 10am and our cleaning crew arrives promptly due to same day reservations. Please leave used towels on the floor in bathrooms. Please wash all dishes, or load dishwasher and start the cycle. No need to make beds, the cleaning crew washes everything. Please turn the heating/air, lights off, and make sure doors are locked.
