Casa Tali, a small house for two people with a huge garden, is powered entirely by sustainable energy and was completely modernised in 2024. The house offers above-average comfort. It is located in the very quiet Barrio Tacande de abajo, 3 minutes' drive south of El Paso at 690 metres above sea level. It stands alone with 40 m² of partially covered terraces on a 7,000 m² plot with a beautiful garden featuring palm trees, yucca and dragos, as well as various fruit trees such as avocado, lemon, orange, apple, plum, persimmon, macadamia and olive. It also offers a view of the sea. If you are looking for peace and quiet yet a central location, Casa Tali is the perfect oasis for you.
