The beautiful apartment "Strandperle 12" is located in a quiet, maritime environment in Großenbrode just a few steps from the beautiful beach. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office. Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. Feel cordially invited to spend relaxing days in our great holiday home. Our comfortable apartment has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob and an open dining area. The bright living area with fireplace leads directly to the balcony. The bedrooms invite you to dream, a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the comfort. The apartment Strandperle 12 is equipped with underfloor heating and a wellness shower and offers for couples or small families (max 2 adults and 2 children) the best opportunity to spend the holiday together.

Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war für meine Mutter ( 84 Jahre) und mich gut. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung Wohlgefühl, die sauber war. Leider konnte ich das Internet nicht nutzen, da die Eingangsdaten schlecht deklariert waren und ich keinen Zugang bekam. Folgende Mängel sind uns aufgefallen: 2 Defekte Glühlampen ( Kinderzimmer + Küche ) Dann waren Silberfische im Schlaf,- + Badezimmer zu sehen und in der Küche wackelt der Wasserhahn. Dann fehlt im Kinderzimmer eine Nachtisch Lampen. Dann finde ich das Aus - Checken zu früh, da sich meine Mutter ( ältere Frau ) gestresst als auch gehetzt die Wohnung zu verlassen. Dies dient allerdings nicht zur Erholung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Christiane Schultz

Bewertung Strandperle 12

Das Internet war in der Wohnung Strandperle 12 schlecht. Und die Wohnung war hellhörig nach oben und auch zur Nachbarwohnung. Beim Bettenwechsel müssten alle Lichtquellen getestet werden. Sonst war alles gut.

Wirklich gute Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut und Großenbrode ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet, für andere ist vielleicht etwas zu wenig los. Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, gut erreichbar und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für die Bewertung hätte ich mir eine etwas breitere Skala gewünscht.In dem Fall hätte ich einzelne Punkte wie die Sauberkeit noch etwas höher bewertet. Entgegen der Beschreibung war in der Wohnung noch ein Kinderhochstuhl und ein zweiter Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation zwecks Schlüsselübergabe und Kurkarten, Müllentsorgung war durch die Agentur etwas holprig, die Informationen habe ich mir selber besorgt, was aber aufgrund der guten Wohnung absolut verschmerzbar war. Wir würden die Wohnung erneut mieten.

Durchwachsen

Als wir unsere Ferienwohnung nach Entgegennahme der Schlüssel betraten, staunten wir nicht schlecht: schon beim Öffnen der Tür schlug uns ein Knoblauchgeruch entgegen, der seines Gleichen suchte. Die Wohnung selber war einfach nicht geputzt und es stand ein fremder Koffer im Schlafzimmer. Wir riefen direkt den Verwalter der Wohnung an. Frau Krohn (eine wirklich nette Frau) schien peinlich berührt. Es gab da ein Missverständnis, man dachte, wir kämen erst einen Tag später…sie und ihr Mann kamen 10 Min später vorbei und putzten innerhalb einer Stunde die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war danach wirklich ordentlich und sauber. Ein muffiger Geruch hielt sich im Schlafzimmer jedoch eisern. Bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen? Nicht möglich. Das Zimmer roch einfach extrem danach. Fakt ist: auch durch tägliches, mehrstündiges Lüften verschwand der Geruch im Schlafzimmer nicht. Da sitzt was in den Matratzen fest. Es ist extrem unangenehm und die Nächte waren wenig erholsam. Im Kinderzimmer schlafen war dann aber aufgrund einiger dunkler Haare auf der Matratze keine Option. Wir hatten im Vorfeld um einen Hochstuhl für unser Baby gebeten, der auch bereit stand, jedoch keinen Sicherheitsgurt zur Befestigung und auch keine Auflagen hatte. Ohne den Gurt kann das Baby ggf durchrutschen. Der Hochstuhl ist somit also nicht brauchbar. Das ist vielleicht eine wichtige Information für zukünftige Mieter sowie den Vermieter. Ggf sollte man einen neuen anschaffen.
