Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels and drop them in the used towel canister, located in the bedroom
Please be sure to take all the garbage and drop them in the garbage drop down located in the laundry room. This is to avoid any smells and or insects infestation.
Finally be sure to have turned off lights and or TVs and and raise the AC thermostat between 3 to 5°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must complete short term agreement per HOA Rules along with IDs $220 rental fee 30 days min stayHOA rules book be placed on countertop for references
