Our beautiful, modern and stylish two rooms apartment with a terrace (78 sqm: 1-bedroom + living room with kitchen + terrace + hall + spacious bathroom) is a perfect choice for couples, families, or groups of 3-5 people. If you like to stay in a stylish, bright, modern, and comfortable condo near the Spree river and plenty of sightseeing in one of the coolest neighborhoods – Friedrichshain you will not find a better location.

The space:
The apartments are designed in loft style with panoramic windows and are also equipped with everything you need: a kitchen with dishes and appliances for making tea/coffee and food, a shower with a hairdryer and a set for personal hygiene, a collection of towels and bathrobes; there is also a washing machine, ironing, and drying system. A fantastic big terrace has a small dining area and a coal grill.

There is a workplace, large flat TV with satellite TV channels connected to Netflix and Amazon, Airplay support, and a sound system in both rooms. A king-size bed (180*200) is in the sleeping room. The living room has a double bed (160*200) and a sofa. The sofa could be used as a sleeping place for one person.

In the evening, explore the Friedrichshain neighborhood between Warschauerstr and Frankfurter Allee with its many bars, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends, sip the coolest cocktails or hit the clubs, this area has it all around Schlesische Tor, down Oranienstraße, and along Mehringdamm boulevard, Kreuzberg is packed with a wide variety of bars and restaurants from drinking dens to fine dining – and also offers an excellent location for a great evening out!

It is centrally located: 20 min to Berlin-Mitte, 10 min to Neukölln, Kreuzberg, and Friedrichshain. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, late-night snacks, clubs, bars, and beer gardens are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance and just 12 min ride by S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz, 7 min from Mercedes Arena, and only 15 min on FEX express from the airport.
