Guest Access:
The entrance to "Tower 3" can be found on Hamburgo Street, near the corner of Insurgentes Avenue, just behind the Reforma 222 shopping plaza next to the Sanborns store. This tower is part of the Reforma 222 complex.
Upon arrival, one of our associates will be waiting in the lobby to accompany you to your apartment. Inside, you'll discover your access card and, if needed, a magnetic key for parking lot access.
To enter the parking lot, simply follow Napoles Street and use the access card received at the lobby desk to open the first parking gate.
For a delightful time at the pool and Jacuzzi, we recommend making reservations at least one day in advance at the reception on the 7th floor to secure your preferred time slot. Each reservation is limited to a one-hour period. Please remember that food or drinks are not permitted, and it is mandatory to wear a cap and take a quick shower before swimming.
If you wish to use the steam room, kindly notify us 30 minutes beforehand. Don't forget to wear a swimsuit, and please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the area. Help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone's pleasure.

Getting Around:
Uber and Didi are the best ways to navigate Mexico City's bustling streets. Another option for getting around is by using the Metrobus, which operates alonInsurgentes and Reforma. However, keep in mind that there are plenty of places in and around the neighborhood that are perfect for a leisurely stroll.
If you bring your car, you can park it inside the building. In this area, you'll also find parking meters, as well as public parking space available for use.
Other Things to Note:
You may not leave your bags in the lobby/reception area.
Due to the superior location of this apartment, you may encounter occasional urban noise. However, we can provide noise-canceling earplugs if requested.
