Loved sitting on the balcony

Appartment well fitted out and comfortable Close to the train station, Coop, lake and town centre so very easy access to all. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake and we ate out there all the time. Great base for lots of finicular, train and boat trips and walks.

Gute Lage, nette Wohnung für zwei

Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock (was aufgrund der Neigung der dritten Etage vom Eingang entspricht :-) Ein netter Hausmeister kümmert sich um Empfang, Checkout und evtl. Fragen. Die Wohnung ist in ordentlichem Zustand, auch wenn z.B. die Verandatür renoviert werden müsste. Der Blick ist schön, allerdings hat man nur vormittags Sonne; im Winter ist es wahrscheinlich etwas dunkel. Küchenzeile ist kompakt aber mit allem ausgestattet, Betten sind angenehm.

Schöne Ferin mit Lärm

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Die Wohnung war optimal für uns. Was uns sehr gesrätört hat ist, dass zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit die Auto- unt Töffmotoren "aufheulten". Wir wurden oft aufgeschreckt! Es fehlte einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse.

Bel appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes, sans trop de bruit et un chouette balcon. Se trouve dans la partie haute de la ville, arrêt de bus proche, déservant la gare et le centre ville. Lors de notre arrivée et pendant le séjour, accueil sympathique de la personne qui s'occupe de la conciergerie. Bon séjour, à refaire.

The apartment is comfortable for one or two people. More would be cramped. Kitchen is functional for a short stay but needs more bench space if one begins cooking properly. All very clean and tidy, everything required on hand, except a microwave which would be handy. Excellent view and useable balcony. The apartment house is well run and orderly. Convenient to the railway station with two bus routes passing by. Preis OK for Lugano with is on the whole, expensive. TV drops out sometimes.

LOvely, well kept property. The lake view never stopped being entertaining. Wethae in Lugano much milder than North of the Alps. Easy bus lines nearby. Close to rail station. Very pleasant stay.

Wohnung mit so ein schönes Sicht hatte ich noch nie, wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern, genug Paltz. Im Wohnung finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen, Kaffeemaschine (ohne Kapseln) Raclette, Spülmaschiene, Wasserkocher, also gibt's alles was im Küche sein sollte, sauber, bequeme und grosse Sofa und genau so das Bett, Kissen sind bequem, schöne warme Decken, sehr gute Lage, im Zentrum, nah von See, in der Nähe gibt Coop. Für monte generoso bekommen Sie 50% Rabatt (stempeln lassen bei Personal)

Die Wohnung auf der Ostseite ist etwas dunkel, aber die Aussicht und die Lage im Zentrum macht dies im Sommer wett. Die Einrichtung ist gut und gepflegt. Betten auch Klappbett im Wohnzimmer sind gut. 1 Bad und 1 Toilette ist sehr angenehm.

Tolle Wohnung - zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Sogar ein gutes WLAN und eine Nespresso-Maschine, obwohl in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nähe Bahnhof und See, dadurch hört man eben auch den Verkehr. Der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Garage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Einfahrt sehr eng ist. Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Lugano selbst bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, auch gut mit den öV erreichbar.
