The separate bedroom on the ground floor features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a full-length mattress, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed with two mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet.

The single-story holiday home features comprehensive, high-quality amenities. Two modern bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom ensure comfort for several people. In the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—you can conveniently prepare all your meals. The open dining area is furnished with a large table and is perfect for social gatherings.

The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. Entertainment is provided by a hi-fi system, three TVs, a Blu-ray player, and DVD and CD players.

The property offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. The furnished patio overlooks the well-maintained garden. A garden shed is also at your disposal. A patio umbrella and additional patio furniture are also provided.

The holiday home is a smoke-free property and is designed with children in mind. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer make your daily life easier during your stay. Two private parking spaces on the property are available for your use.
