Enjoy a private hot tub, a beautiful deck and patio, and a luxe, lodge-like living space to come home to after a day of adventure at Vail Ski Resort.

This home sits at the end of a quiet, dead-end street near the EagleVail Golf Club, so it backs up to open space and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It's a striking scene you can take in from the side deck or the hot tub and dining table on the garden patio out back.

Leave your gear in the spacious, sunken entryway and ascend a half-flight of stairs to the great room with its high ceilings, walls of windows, and plush leather seating by the TV with both cable and streaming capability. Fix yourself a drink at the wet bar, with a wine fridge and dishwasher, and begin preparing dinner with your loved ones in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a gas range on the island.

Sit down to eat in the glow of the antler chandelier and take your pick of beautiful spaces to relax after dinner. There's a den with a TV just off the kitchen and dining room, a family room in the basement with a TV and an assortment of games, and even a home office with a TV if you need to sneak away. The bedrooms all have TVs; one is a primary suite with a luxurious jetted tub.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Only two vehicles are permitted and must be parked inside the garage. Guests will be charged $250 if a car is parked outside.
Hunting is prohibited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
