This beautiful little stone villa is situated in Budak, near nature park Vrana. It has three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and an extra toilet.

It is a countrystyle house, all made in wood and stone. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two two single beds and in the living room is a sofa bed for two people. A bathroom with shower and washing machine and an extra toilet also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, a large dining table with 8 chairs ...

The large garden is walled with stone. In the garden is also a private tavern with barbecue only for the guests. Garden furniture, sun loungers and pool. The house has a large covered terrace overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy breakfast.

The house is located in Budak, 8 km from Benkovac. The nearest beach is in Pirovac or Biograd na moru, both 15 km away. Supermarket is 8 km away in Benkovac, restaurants and bars too.
Krka National Park is 28 km away, Vrana Nature Park 8 km away ....
