Just minutes from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, this two-bedroom retreat is ideally located for your group to experience and explore various sights and wonders. You'll be within five miles of The Townsend Visitors Center, Laurel Valley Golf Club, Davy Crockett Riding Stables, River Rat rafting, Heritage Center, Tuckaleechee Caverns, and Foothills Parkway. Overall, this vacation rental showcases authentic rustic charm and comes furnished for modern comfort with features including a private hot tub and updated appliances. Guests will also enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool.

This home has an expansive covered deck, which is great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. With beautiful views and seasonal mountain vistas, you'll experience to perfect getaway. There's also a gas grill for classic country cookouts with friends and family. The stainless steel full kitchen boasts gorgeous updated counters and all the appliances you'll need to handle home cooking with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The Keurig coffee maker provides morning brew convenience with traditional drip and single-cup options. After the day's adventures, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
