About this property

Dog/Family/Eco Friendly Home, Easy Walk to Frisco, Private Hot tub, Quiet Space

If you're looking for a mountain home that welcomes you the moment you lay eyes on it, surrounded by mountain pine and aspen trees yet conveniently located to any mountain activity you desire - this is the place for you! Short walk to Main St in Frisco, and easy access to I-70. Enjoy shopping at the numerous boutiques on Main Street, stop and relax at a local coffee house, enjoy great food at one of the many restaurants - all within walking distance. The home is located in a secluded, quiet, wooded setting yet centrally located to surrounding mountain towns (15 min to Breckenridge, 20 min to Keystone, 10 min to Cooper Mountain, 25 min to Vail/Beaver Creek) and easily accessed via bike trails, free bus shuttle or car. You feel at home as soon as you pull in the driveway. A warning, however - you may be tempted to stay right at home with a good book (as you relax in one of many comfy chairs) or for a long overdue soak in the hot tub while the remainder of your party ventures out to explore the vast natural Rocky Mountain beauty of Summit County.

Well stocked kitchen even for the finest of home chefs!

Garden Level (finished basement) is a great get-away for watching a movie, playing games, enjoying a beverage of your choice all while enjoying the warmth of a gas pot belly stove. Bunk Room awesome for kids and plenty of games to choose from.

Back yard is fenced in, good for canine guests (in the non-snow months) and for kids to play.

Home is protected for security reasons by the following video cameras, visible and in public locations:
1. Ring Video Doorbell located by Front Door.
2. Ring Interior Camera located in Garage, showing both garage doors.

Awesome Location & Comfortable Home
Our reservation was for 2 adults. The home was located perfectly for all the trails and to Main Street. Main Street was a short walk or very short bike ride. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need; sleds, dog beds, dog kennel, baby gates and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable and every room has a great tv. The separate living areas work great for larger parties. The backyard has a fenced area for pets that was perfect for a miniature Bernese Mountain dog; no large holes in the fencing. We enjoyed the hot tub after biking all day. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip at this home.

Best house in Frisco!
This property surpassed all our expectations. Its roomy, well appointed, has everything you could possibly dream of needing, and lot of extras! The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, they heat with solar, have lots of green practices in the house including composting! We absolutely loved our stay. The main floor master has heated floors in the bathroom. The hot tub was practically new, It could sleep many more than is listed, they even have a conversion kit in the downstairs bunk room for the 2 twin beds to become a king. We went for a family ski vacation. Frisco is very central for all the resorts, plenty of shopping and restraints. Would stay here. every time!

Home away from home
We felt at home being able to enjoy visits from friends and family. Skiing at Vail, Breck, and Keystone was wonderful and having our son come with his mostly well behaved dog was grand. The visit by a moose was a real treat but created some loud barks! The garage was fabulous. Thank you!
