This unit is exceptional! Perfect size for 2-4 people, equipped with everything one would need. Very clean and modern! Great location and loved the covered parking and the fact that you have assigned parking! Did not have to wait for elevators! Close to grocery store, restaurants and Pier Park! We stayed with family of four during spring break. The condo was clean and as advertised with everything we needed for the week and a great view and large balcony. The beach chair service is a great option. One elevator was down out of three which made wait times a bit long during peak names but nothing that would keep us from returning. Tropical beach getaways was great to work with, responsive, and even got us in to the unit early on our arrival date without us asking.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. Had a great view. The most convenient part was the reserved parking spot was right across from the access to the beach, so we just dropped our beach stuff in our car each night and picked it up on our way out. Super easy access to the beach. The only downside was I wished they had a peeler in the kitchen but that really wasnt a big deal. They had enough stuff to make basic food. Coffee maker, blender, pots, pan.

This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is on the west end of the building, and not too high and not too low.

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location! Sunsets are best on this balcony!! The gulf breezes are amazing which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
