Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, thank you for the beautiful space. There were a few things I wanted to make you aware of. In Room 1083: the floor was not the cleanest, which is important to us since we have a 2 year old who spends so much time on the floor. The coffee maker had a coffee filter and coffee still in it, that was moldy and nasty. I think that coffee maker needs some attention. The key card provided didn't open the pool which was really frustrating. I didn’t see or come across laundry facilities in the resort, which was advertised on the Expedia listing. Worth updating as we had packed so we intended to do laundry onsite. Overall a great stay, but there are some things that could have made it even better.
