Scott is grew up in Hawaii and California while Olya is originally from Europe. Olya is a certified health practitioner and yoga master. We have a toddler and pre teen as well as two grown sons. We enjoy splitting our time between Avila Beach and our other home in North Carolina. Scotts son lives and works in SLO and graduated from Cal Poly. Go Mustangs! This is our home and designed to be uncluttered, natural and blend into the environment. We enjoy hiking the trails, biking to Avila Beach, visiting SLO and all the many activities around the area.

This property is located in a exclusive, gated community and the homes are high end luxury homes. Hiking trails and nature surrounds you with great views. So away from the noise and bustle of the beach but literally can ride a bike to it. Quiet, nature but only 8 minutes to SLO and Pismo Beach, 5 minutes to Shell and Avila Beach by car, 15 by bike. If you want to have a calming, natural and uncluttered place to stay that is close to everything, and of the highest quality and luxury, then this is the place for you.

What makes this property unique

You can literally ride your bike to Avila Beach down the hill on the Bob Jones trail Lovely market place and nice ride along the creek. You can walk 100 yards and see the most incredible view of the valley leading to Avila Beach and the ocean. You can walk up the hill and hike a challenging trail down to an old mining spot or up the ridge line for even more views, if the view from your veranda is not enough! Wildlife and nature abound. It is truly a relaxing, natural environment that allows you to escape the stress of life today.
