A very rare pet friendly location. If you are allergic or not into pets, this is NOT the place for you and that’s ok.
Apartment is professionally cleaned before every guest but pet hair will be found, it’s inevitable.

The living room has a spacious couch and wonderful Roku TV to enjoy your favorite programming.
A desk area is in the living room for those who have to complete some work while enjoying their stay. The high speed Wifi will keep you fully connected where you need.
The AC is always serviced to provide you with the most comfortable stay.
A full kitchen with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. Dishwasher for your dish cleaning convenience.
Unfortunately at this time there is not a laundry area.
Pets must be leashed when walking around the property. Pick up after all pet messes.

Just what we needed

Had a small guys trip for Lake Havasu. Had very simple needs and all were accounted for with this property. Edward was also very helpful in seeing if the property had a charging outlet for one of our EV Vehicles ahead of time. Made the trip very easy and accommodating. Would like to stay here again if another trip to the lake comes up.
