Our apartment is located in a central and quiet residential area, ideally located in the south of South Tyrol between the center of Eppan and Kaltern am See. There is a small lawn, reserved parking space and a garage for bicycles (with a socket for e-bikes). The most popular destinations such as B. the Montiggler forest lakes (bathing lakes) and the numerous castles and palaces are easily accessible on foot, by car or by public transport (bus stop 300 m, bike path 500 m away). In the immediate vicinity there is a large bike shop with bike rental. Appiano is a paradise for bikers and hikers. Look forward to relaxing days in the 70 m2, modern apartment, consisting of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a large bathroom.

The apartment is clean and well organized, and in a great location for adventure in the Dolomites. Great to have parking on-site, and a lovely view!One note—different from other VRBO in Italy, you need to provide your ID ahead of time. Apparently this is something regional.

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung Vinea in Eppan für 1 Woche Urlaub verbracht.Die Ferienwohnung war wie im Internet beschrieben. Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Kommunikation mit Frau Obkircher war sehr freundlich und Rückantworten kamen immer zeitnah.Im Ort Eppan findet man auch alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, wie z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ("gesalzene" Preise), Restaurants, Tankstellen, ... .Auch die Nachbarorte sind lohnenswert anzuschauen. In direkter Nähe gibt es Bademöglichkeiten am Kalterer See und den Montiggler Seen; jedoch alle gegen Eintritt (7,- bis 10,- pro Person).Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln hätten, wären die nicht vorhandenen Möglichkeiten (Wiesen(Felder), um mal einen kurzen Spaziergang mit dem Hund zu unternehmen. Hierfür muss immer ein Stückchen gefahren werden.Vielleicht wäre auch eine Überlegung, eine Gästekarte (wie z.B. eine Klausenkarte) anzubieten. Hierauf wurden wir bei mehreren Freizeit /-Ausflugsmöglickeiten angesprochen.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit vollständiger Küche vorgefunden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4Parteienhaus. Das ist dann nicht so schön, wenn man selbst am Essen ist und der Obermieter die Garage nutzen muss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Kommunikation umgehend, Übergabe über Schlüsseltresor. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Man darf beim Autofahren keine Angst haben

Vacanza perfetta con il nostro amico a quattro zampe

Appartamento spazioso, moderno e ben posizionato. Perfetto per chi ama camminare, andare in bicicletta e bere del buon vino. Al suo interno tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

4 Mädels auf dem Aromakongress in Eppan, wie haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt und hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die FeWo liegt eigentlich fast zentral, zu Fuß ist das Zentrum in gut 15 Minuten erreichbar ohne große Anstrengung. Wir rkönnen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen, auch die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Dankeschön 🌷😉

Die Ferienwohnung war top!

Sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die große, begehbare Dusche war super (und ist eher untypisch für diese Preisklasse), und das Bett richtig bequem. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge rund um Bozen. Der Preis ist absolut fair. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Klare Empfehlung!

Urlaub zwischen Weinfeldern und Apfelplantagen

Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo von Simone O. war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung lagen in der Küche kleine Snacks. In Küche und Bad waren die grundlegenden Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle und Geschirrspültaps vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns optimal, ca 1,5 km zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte, unmittelbarer Zugang zu diversen Wanderwegen und ca 500 m bis zur Weinstraße. Ja die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe, aber für uns gehört dies zu Südtirol. Der Kontakt zu Simone O. war sehr herzlich und hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.
