Refinedly furnished on 40 m², the holiday home "Carl" offers that certain something for your Baltic Sea vacation. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and is modern and of high quality.
Quiet location
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The center of Haffkrug with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Haffkrug train station is only 600 meters from the house.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. The 200 m² property is completely fenced, so your dog can let off steam here.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, terrace and garden can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. At the kitchen counter you can sit comfortably on the height-adjustable stools and the couch corner can also be converted into a dining area. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has another double bed with 1.40 wide, this room is ideal as a children's room. The bathroom with the floor-to-ceiling shower completes this holiday home.

Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders gut fanden wir den Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich. Leider war der Garten mit Hundekot verschmutzt und der Geschirrspüler ließ sich nicht starten, weshalb ich einen Stern abziehe.

Ich war zusammen mit meiner Tante und 2 mittelgroßen Hunden im Ferienhaus „Carl“. Ein wirklich tolles Haus und der Garten hoch umzäunt, so dass die Hunde auch mal draußen im Garten freilaufen konnten. Das Haus ist wirklich klasse (könnte ich mir glatt als Dauerwohnsitz vorstellen).

Sehr schöner Ort, tolles Ferienhaus für 3 Personen, für 4 Personen ist der Essbereich zu klein. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist nicht geeignet für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Ferienhaus carl

Unser Aufenthalt war eigentlich gut, noch schöner wäre er gewesen wenn das Haus bei der hohen endreinigung auch dem entsprechend sauber gewesen wäre. - das Bad sehr dreckig benutzes zahnputzs glas stand noch vom Vormieter völlig verschmutzt und auch fasregal war mit zahnpasta redten verschmiert. -Das komplette Bad hat maximal nen kurzen lappen über die Toilette gesehen. -Das komplette Haus besteht aus spinnen mit spinnengeweben jemand mit einer Phobie verlässt dieses Haus und geht nicht mehr hienein. -Nicht sauberes besteck ,wo doch jede reinigungskraft nachschauen sollte (wenn) sie das Haus reinigt. -Beim betreten des Hauses ist uns ein starker essig geruch entgegen gekommen das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. -Selbst der Backofen ist solala. Ich habe noch so einige sachen bilder habe ich auch gemacht. Nach dem ich mich Montag gleich beschwerte wollte man eine nachreinigung schicken doch mal eben nur durchwischen damit ist es in diesem haus lange nicht getan. Man kam uns entgegen und erließ uns die Hälfte der endreinigung. Wir werden das Haus defenitiv nicht mehr buchen. 1 stern für sauberkeit ist noch zu viel. Die Damen mit denen ich telefoniert habe waren immer nett und freundlich und haben sich bemüht.

Die Sauberkeit der Außenanlage hat noch viel "Luft" nach oben. Der Zaun ist für kleinere Hunde wie Mops und Pekinese durchlässig.

Gemütliches ordentliches kleines Ferienhaus

Ein gemütliches, Hundefreundliches und sauberes Haus. Vermieter hat sich kurz vorgestellt vor Ort, war sehr nett und freundlich. Ferienhaus war gut und ordentlich eingerichtet. Sofa ist leicht durch gesessen hat uns aber nicht viel ausgemacht da wir mit den Hunden oft nur unterwegs waren. Lage ist sehr gut, da man über den bachlauf in weniger als 10min direkt am wasser ist und man dort mit den Hunden gut laufen kann vorher. Ist ja immer schwierig Rasenflächen zu finden - - >dort ist es Optimal. Wir bedanken uns und kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Neue Möbel wären angebrachter

Die Couch und die Betten sind komplett durchgelegen! Der Duschkopf hat seine besten Zeiten auch schon lange hinter sich. Ansonsten war es wirklich sehr schön! Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für Hunde perfekt.

War alles ok .Eine Anmerkung hätten wir noch da der Vormieter den Grill nicht sauber gemacht hat mussten wir das machen. Vielleicht sollte die Reinigungskraft wenn sie Zeit hat danach schauen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
