Perfect location

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful. Easy access to beach easy access from parking lot to the condo. Condo has everything we needed! Comfortable bed and pillows and couldn’t have a better view, sunrise right from the bedroom!

Great time in North Topsail

My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. It’s the perfect location with just a 1 minute (if that) walk to the beach. Yes, the veranda overlooks the pool but you can still see the ocean on either side. Easy check-in and we’ll-informed check-out. We had a great time!

Good condo

Condo owners were very in tune with renters needs by providing the necessary items such as paper goods, linens (beds made), cooking needs(coffee packet, spices, oils, etc). Pool chairs, pool rings etc were also available. You were able to immediately enjoy without having to make the beds, etc. everything you needed to enjoy was there. Beach access was great …. just steps away. Only one thing could be improved…adding a small tv in the twin bed room. Thanks for a great experience

Wonderful location and beach, unacceptable cleanliness.

The location of this property was wonderful...steps from the beach. The property included a nice pool that was well-maintained. The property looked exactly as the pictures on the listing. We were very disappointed to find stains on the bedding, and we killed multiple cockroaches during our visit. The lack of cleanliness forced us to spend time on vacation cleaning and spend additional money on cleaning supplies. Additionally, we incurred laundry expenses upon returning home in an effort to avoid carrying any cockroaches into our home. We were unable to locate alternate housing or we would not have completed our stay.
