The heart of the home is the fully remodeled kitchen, complete with new custom cabinets, modern appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and a delightful coffee bar where all the coffee is provided for your convenience.

Two of the main level bedrooms offer direct access to a sprawling deck with breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept living area is perfect for hosting large family gatherings or even intimate weddings. A unique crow's nest, accessible via a spiral staircase, provides a fantastic hangout space for kids, featuring two full bunk beds, pull-out trundle beds, a large screen TV, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to ten people, giving adults their own space to relax. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The ground level offers a wonderful open space with a refreshing ocean breeze and plenty of shade. It's an ideal spot for barbecues, games, and get-togethers, complete with a fun tiki bar and even a setup for playing cornhole. A wonderful house. We had our daughter’s wedding here and it was perfect. The whole wedding party stayed in the house. The beach was the venue for the ceremony and under the house was great for the reception. Can’t say enough about how great the host was.

Family beach wedding

My husband and I rented this for our small family wedding. The location was perfect as it had direct access to the beach and a huge back yard. The house was just renovated and everything was so nice and clean. There were a few minor issues due to just being renovated but the owners responded immediately and took care of things. We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful home abused by prior guests

Pros location, cold air great deck two refrigerators. Furniture was nice but many broken chairs. Beds very comfortable Cons, breaker tripping, caution wet bar outlet shorting. Wish light switches were labeled. No wifi or tv for two days dish was moved by storm. Repair man cautious of wet roof so opened window and moved it with a broom.Broken shades
