Lothar was a wonderful host who answered my questions very quickly. Location is great in oldtown. There is no parking, which was unfortunate and unclear from previous conversations. A clean comfortable stay!

Great appartment

I had to stay in Osnabrück for a few weeks and rented this appartment. The owner is friendly and helpful and communication went smoothly. The location of the appartment is fantastic, within a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the historic center. The busstop is across the street, the bakery and supermarket are not much further. The appartment is well furnished and contains everything you could wish for. The owner had managed to create a home away from home. If I come to Osnabrück again in the future, I will gladly rent this appartment again.

Great rental

Highly recommend this listing. This apt is in an awesome location. The unit is safe, clean and very well stocked. It doesn’t have air conditioning but few places do and it’s cool enough, plus he has a powerful fan. Parking is off site but close and costs the same anywhere. The lower listing price offsets the parking cost. The only reason I gave this a 4 is that the checking process was a little frustrating. Lothar is very responsive but I think the time change and language difference made it challenging for me to fully understand. Once he clarifies it all was well. Overall great rental!

Das Zimmer zeigt nach Osten und ist von der Straße abgeschirmt.Es ist licht- und lüftungstechnisch ausgeklügelt.Das Bad ist sehr schön gestaltet.Parkanlagen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulturelle und kulinarische Ziele sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Nach Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken (Dauer ca 20 -30 Minuten), konnten wir die kleine aber toll ausgestattete Wohnung genießen. Besonders die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorzuheben. Busverbindungen, Parkgarage, Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, maximal 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Tolles Apartment - sehr netter Gastgeber

Alles war super. Wir konnten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung. Check in war völlig unkompliziert. Sehr stadtnah gelegen. Tolle Ausstattung, Betten sehr gut, stadtnah und trotzdem total ruhig, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr gutes Appartement und nette Kommunikation!

Es ist ein wunderschönes und modernes Appartement mit direkter Anbindung zur Osnabrücker Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es blieben keine Fragen offen. Ein Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt gab es sogar gratis dazu. Nur zu empfehlen!

Absolut hervorragend! Die Kommunikation mit dem total netten Vermieter hat schon im Voraus für Vorfreude gesorgt. Ablauf des Zugangs zum Apartment unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an Nix. 😀 Eine Willkommensüberraschung erwartete uns, was für eine nette Geste! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wochenendtrip Osnabrück

Das Appartement selbst ist toll: Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage des Apartments ist super, mitten im Zentrum: Gastronomie, Kino und Shopping-Infrastruktur direkt vor der Haustür. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich -entgegenkommend und sorgt schon im Vorfeld für ein entspanntes Checkin. Seine praktischen Tipps (Parken etc.) und nützlichen Hinweise zur Umgebung gestalten den Aufenthalt schon vor der Ankunft zu einem angenehm niederschwelligen Event.

Mooi appartement, heel dichtbij het oude stadscentrum

Het appartement is schoon, mooi ingericht, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel dichtbij het oude stadscentrum. Bakker op 20 meter, supermarkt op 30 meter. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat auto's pal voor het raam parkeren. Verder top.

Es war alles wie in der Anzeige dargestellt! Selbst ein kleines Problem mit dem Zugang konnten wir umgehend telefonisch lösen, obwohl der Eigentümer gerade im Ausland war. Zu zweit ist die FeWo ideal, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder;-))
