Erin's place was wonderful! The location was quiet, safe, and walkable to the Lakeside area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay again!
This apartment was described perfectly. It afforded us a very convenient stay in order to be at the ferry dock at 9:30 a.m. the next morning to cross Lake Michigan. The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating.
Everything was fine thank you. Very cute litl apartment-I love the tub-the ceiling is a little close! Thank you for having us! Great location and being close to the ferry was very convenient! Before I forget you may want to check the batteries in tv remote-we could not get it to work so no tv but not a big deal!! 🥰

Not recommendable.disguisting.From the beginning,: communication( forgotten access code, appartment arrangement) you don't feel welcome. The host lives with wife in the same house, ground floor. Frightening situation about several hours in the evening: shouting and big arguing,.....you bever know when it ends or what would finally happen
honestly such a fun trip to the muskegon/grand haven area — one of my favorite places to travel in michigan. listing is very accurate and we had a blast staying here for a weekend. renter beware — the shower/tub situation is a bit weird and awkward, especially if you’re on the taller side, but is still completely manageable. would stay here again!
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Ideal location for day trips to Ludington and Grand Haven. The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick breakfast each morning before heading out! The stairs are very steep and the ceiling in the stairwell has a couple of low spots where my husband had to duck when walking up and down them. The bathroom also has an angled ceiling. He’s 6 feet tall and was able to navigate these two areas without too much difficulty.
This unit was the perfect size, for a small family get together. The internet connection was good enough for my youngest to game and myself to catch up on some Netflix. The stove is small but perfect for my oldest to cook a lovely lamb roast with glazed brussel sprouts. The only downfall to a winter stay would be the on street parking. With winter restrictions, you need to move your car depending on the day. The property manager was great to communicate the parking restrictions before I arrived and was prompt to respond when needed.
Super cute little apartment. Very fresh and clean. It had some amenities like pans, dishes, coffee, bottled water, mints, towels, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, a hair dryer, a fire stick and a oscillating fan in the bedroom. The bed was nice and comfortable. The art work was great! The bathroom was a challenge with the slanted ceiling, especially if you're not used to taking baths.... as there is no shower. However, there is a handheld sprayer. Overall, cute and charming. The neighborhood was quiet and one of the neighbors said hello as I was unpacking my car. The price was right and within close proximity to area attractions. I would definitely recommend.
We just needed a simple place with a kitchen to stay for a quick weekend. Everything worked out well overall. There were a couple things I didn't personally care for but they weren't deal breakers. The stairs are semi narrow and somewhat steep making it slightly awkward to access. The tub is underneath a low angled ceiling so when you stand up you have watch your head. Also be prepared to run out of hot water after one bath. Thankfully my wife got her warm rinse in before me. I had about 2 mins of warm and finished in the cold. The rest of the place was fairly spacious and everything was clean. For the price it was a pretty good deal.
Asked for some special accommodations as plans with travel changed. Erin was more than accommodating. The place was small but clean and perfect for a place to sleep.
