Three levels in the beautiful chalet allow everyone to have their privacy.

Smokys Country Farmhouse is conveniently located just 2 ½ miles from downtown Gatlinburg & Great Smoky Mountain National Park & within walking distance to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort & Amusement Park, both by traveling the same road as the chalet. Pigeon Forge activities & restaurants are just a few miles away by way of the Gatlinburg Bypass or Parkway.

Smokys Country Farmhouse is a beautiful spacious 4-bedroom & 2.5 bath Smoky Mountain chalet that has been updated & remodeled & is located in one of the most convenient & desirable areas of Gatlinburg.

GROUND-LEVEL: The ground-level can be accessed by just stepping onto the large wrap-around porch with a porch swing & big rocking chairs. This level has a game room with a massive stone fireplace with remote-operated logs that can be used year-round with heat or a romantic ambiance. The game room has a full-size pool table & checkerboard table & new 50" Fire TV This level also has a private bedroom with a full bed & full bath with a tub/hand-held shower. There is also a stackable washer & dryer on this level.

MIDDLE-MAIN-SECOND LEVEL: This level can be accessed from the inside stairs in the game room or the outside steps from the driveway. The middle/second level is the main level which has a large living room with a massive stone fireplace with remote-operated logs that can be used for heat or a romantic ambiance year-round. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, 2 relaxing recliners & a 50" TV with Roku.& 2 remote ceiling fans. The open floor plan joins the living room, dining area & kitchen.

There is a landline phone in this chalet for anyone worried about not having a signal in the mountains from their cell phone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware & dishes, plenty of cabinets & counter space to prepare stay-in meals. Appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher & full-size microwave, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, George Forman grill & slow-cooker

The main-middle-level also has a private queen bedroom w/TV/Roku & ceiling fan. There is a full bath w/walk-in shower. just outside this bedroom.

This main-middle-level has a huge wrap-around GATED deck to keep pets & kids safe. This deck has a 7-person hot tub, 4 large rocking chairs, a double glider, a wrought-iron table & 4 chairs for outside dining. Just off this deck in the backyard is a patio with a fire pit & seating, a smoker-type charcoal grill.


UPPER/THIRD LEVEL: The upper level has 2 private queen bedrooms separated by a half bath. Both bedrooms have TVs/Roku/DVD players, and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a private balcony with chairs just outside each bedroom door.

With 3 levels in this awesome cabins, all bedrooms & baths allow all guests to have their space for maximum privacy.

There is parking right at the cabin's door in the private driveway for 4 vehicles. You will enjoy the privacy & convenience of being right off easy-to-travel main roads & just minutes from all the activities, shopping, restaurants & events in Gatlinburg & just a few minutes from Pigeon Forge.

A bonus is a neighborhood market & deli, about a half mile away where you can buy groceries, burgers, pizza, beer & beverages or have them delivered right to the door.

There are 2 ways to go to Smokys Farmhouse. 1st way is to miss all of the downtown traffic & view the beautiful scenery of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park by way of the Gatlinburg Bypass. The 2nd way you will view all the sights of downtown Gatlinburg. Either way is approximately 2 ½ miles to the chalet on good paved main roads. You can also take the fun way to downtown Gatlinburg & forget the traffic & parking hassles by taking the glassed-in Arial Tramway at Ober Gatlinburg which is within walking distance of the chalet.

Features a 58,000-gal swimming pool with sections from 1 ft – 9 ft, 1 kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts open year-round, basketball, shuffleboard, foosball, pool tables, board games, horseshoes & an amazing kid’s play-land enclosure

#2 North Clubhouse
3 swimming pools, 1 is 20'x40', 3'-9' deep. Others are a 20'x40' lap pool, a 3'-4' deep & kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts, lighted until 10 PM & accessible year-round, work-out room, playground for kids, paved walking trail, ping pong table, foosball, & assorted yard games. North Clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family gatherings, meetings, wedding receptions, & other events!

#3 Upper Alpine Clubhouse.
Features a 20x40 pool'-8 1/2' deep with pool decks, plenty of shade & sunshine, ski slopes view. Also, a wading pool just deep enough for little ones with a cascading rain-drop umbrella & a kid's playground add to the fun. Also, the workout room, and game room with a pool table, foosball, and game table for chess, checkers & other board games.

Chalet Village Owner's Clubs are private facilities established to offer many benefits exclusive to property owners & their vacation rental guests. Your pass will be hanging by the front door just inside the cabin to enter these facilities. Please rehang after use for the next guest. Facilities are OPEN 9 AM to 9 PM FROM MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY. South Baden pool will remain open daily into September if usage & weather permitting. Tennis courts are open all year.
