Beautiful, super comfortable, fully sanitized 3 bedroom home with an open floor plan, big yard, and modern updates in the heart of Twentynine Palms. Located just 10 minutes from the northeast entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, the backyard has a gas BBQ, hammock, dining table, firepit, and (most importantly!) a beautiful view of the desert mountains, sunset, and stars. Just 4 mins from a Tesla Supercharger.

The space
Whether you want to lay low and relax, cook big creative meals, or just have a nighttime hangout after a long day of hiking in Joshua Tree, this house is the perfect desert retreat.

Comfortable, open floor plan with a huge sectional in the living room and Roku-enabled flatscreen 55” TV. Plenty of bar and table seating and a massive, fully equipped kitchen for all the baking and cooking you could want to do.

Four big bedrooms with brand new modern furniture sleep up to 8 adults. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom with a large standing shower and 43” TV. Three other bedrooms have brand new, comfortable queen mattresses and soft sheets with minimalist desert decor.

The star of this house, though, is the massive patio and backyard with a gorgeous mountain view. Watch the sunset, hang in the sunshine, stargaze, or eat al fresco at the large outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas grill for all your BBQing needs. Two-person hammock is perfect for stargazing or reading and relaxing, and a firepit for nighttime hangouts.

The peaceful quiet of this sleepy town, gorgeous sunset view, and star-filled nights make this house the perfect desert retreat.

NOTE
Not a party house. The maximum occupancy of this property is 8 people. No pets allowed. No smoking. There are also cameras outside the property for security.

Please close all the blinds, turn off all the lights, secure the back sliding door with the lock and the wooden stick, and lock the front door by pushing the "Schlage" icon at the top of the keypad.
If you used the BBQ, please make sure you cleaned it properly and did not leave any excess food anywhere.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind in or around the house. No pets of any kind.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Additional day charge may apply for late checkout.
Please be mindful of our neighbors - this is a quiet community and this is not a party house. Please keep the noise down after 10 PM.

Lovely house which had everything we needed, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. The master bedroom/bathroom is extremely palatial and you'll want to pre-negotiate who gets that room before you arrive.

We were in for our daughters wedding at Joshua Tree. This location was super easy to get to from the venue. Everything we needed was on site. Iron, blow dryer, kitchen was fully stocked. They even left us a bottle of wine which was kind. The hosts were quickly responsive to our questions and access was simple. I highly recommend this location. There are 4 large bedrooms and would accommodate a bigger family.

Great Joshua Tree experience!

We spent a weekend in Joshua Tree and this home was a perfect place to rest and recover after long days of hiking and climbing. My wife and I were quite pleased with the nicely featured, clean home with a tub to wash our kiddos in the guest bathroom and a great shower in the master. The owners had thought of so many details to make this a great place to stay, and we hope to come back soon! Kids enjoyed: fire pit, hammock, TV (with Roku for logging in to streaming accounts), and a linen cabinet they could hide in to scare us. =) Parents enjoyed: nicely appointed home, super convenient access to JT, great a/c or heat as needed, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, and thoughtful greeting and communication from owners. There is a lovely lighted outdoor dining area with dual barbecue that we never got to use due to our own crazy schedule, but… Next time! We had one suggestion/critique for future use: There are (understandably) a couple areas of the home not for use by guests. We would love to see the laundry room opened for access next time if possible. This is the first home we’ve stayed in that didn’t allow us to do laundry, and playing in the desert can get dirty. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we were very happy with this choice!
