This beautiful 1BR + Bunk, 2 BA condo is located on the 30th floor and offers unforgettable ocean views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. Take advantage of the expansive balcony equipped with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views of the emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico. The living area is spacious with comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. This oceanfront condo includes access to Tidewater Beach Resort's shared, on-site amenities that include direct beach access, two large outdoor swimming pools with hot tubs, a heated indoor pool with hot tub, a BBQ area equipped with charcoal grills, a sauna, a well-equipped fitness room, and even a basketball court!

The master bedroom has a King with an attached full-size bathroom. The bunk room has a twin/twin bunk bed with an attached full size bath. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa allowing this condo to sleep 6.

Awesome condo with great views! Carla was exceptional with her communication and got us checked in early which basically let us enjoy an extra day at the beach. She made sure we knew all of the check in process ahead of time and gave us some other tips about the location before we got there. Would definitely stay again!

Elevators and the amount of people was just too much. Elevators are crazy take forever. Hate having to get to the car in parking deck. Just dont like it.

Lindsay, you came on one of the busiest weeks of the entire year. We are glad you had no complaints about the condo and wish you had actually reviewed that. Most people realize those issues listed are a given in highrise, beachfront condos in July. However, they may be interested to know about the balcony views, furniture and bed comfort, kitchen amenities, decor, cleanliness, overall maintenance of the condo, ease of check-in, etc. The new owner put her heart into this condo to make sure it was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely for guests. We would love to have you back in mid or off-season when crowds, elevators, and parking are not an issue. That would be any time between mid-August to the end of May, excluding fall and spring breaks.

Everything went good. Only Issue I had was checking in during middle of the night, I was Never given a passcode and was told that desk Clerk would provide passcode when arrived. When I arrived at 3 am I went to check in and the desk clerk did not have my passcode to room. Living 4 hours away I was desperately calling back to back to try to get ahold of someone to give me the room passcode. After calling for an hour I finally got ahold of Owner of the room and checked in at 4. Everything else was perfect just kind of started off bad from the beginning but ended up being a really nice place. Had a great time overall.

Great place to stay!

Condo was absolutely gorgeous! The views are incredible and the property was great! We throughly enjoyed it walkability. Only complaint was the king bed is very uncomfortable.
