Welcome to the Pecan Valley Modern Poolhouse! A stunning modern 5 bedroom vacation home with a designer's touch. This home has it all for families with kids! Private pool, hot tub, custom built-in bunk room kids just love, stunning chef's kitchen with open concept layout bringing the entire group together. You will love the large comfortable sectional in the family room just off the kitchen with gorgeous modern fireplace and large TV.



The backyard is an oasis perfect for the family with kids! Splash for hours in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy family barbecues year-round. Each room has been carefully designed and outfitted with the best furnishings that are comfortable and make for the perfect vacation together.



Hurricane is the perfect location just outside St. George with multiple golf courses nearby, Sand Hollow Reservoir for some of the best boating in Utah year-round, cliff jumping, sand dunes, fishing, and so much more! Zion National Park is only a 30 minute drive for hiking you will never forget.

Great retreat destination for a short getaway

Great location for a girls trip. Lots of bathrooms, seating and bedrooms. The pool area was our favorite even though the houses seem close together we felt like we had total privacy management was very responsive to our requests.

We stayed at this house for a few days while visiting some of the nearby parks. The house was great. Still feels brand new and very, very clean! The outdoor patio and hot tub were also great for everyone. Would definitely stay at this house again if we are in the area.

There was plenty of room for the 14 of us to spread out. Some went to the lake, some hiked. Some got a gym pass for the weekend and all of us enjoyed the pool.

We came in for a wedding. This was a great place for our family to stay. The only issue we had was the hot tub was sandy and wouldn't heat up fully. I'm sure that is an easy fix, we didn't have time to address it.

Beautiful house and amazing heated pool. Great layout.Wish I could have given 5-stars. Communication was great the first day. Less responsive after the first day. Pool cover was broken so we had to keep it open the whole time. Sliding door lock in the main master was broken. No one came out to fix it although they said they would.

Great Getaway for Adults

My friends and I were attending a conference in St. George. We specifically picked this house because of the hot tub and swimming pool and the built in bunk beds. When you have a group of adults, no one wants to sleep on the top bunk. These built ins were amazing and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate. The big couch and large table were perfect for visiting with friends. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house. We just wish the weather cooperated a little better with our plans to enjoy the very private patio area.

The house itself was very nice. The resort was a lot of fun for our group. We were very frustrated though when we got to the house and the hot tub was extremely dirty and cold. We contacted the owner and was told the heater in the hot tub was broken. We then decided we would just use the pool, but come to find out the pool heater was also broken. It would’ve been nice to know these things in advance as we had planned on spending the majority of our time out by the pool The pool and hot tub were the main reason we chose this house and definitely would’ve not stayed here if we had known they were not working. I feel we should have known these things in advance. Also, the remotes for the gaming systems and TVs either had dead batteries or no batteries at all in them. We had to go out and buy batteries so we could use them. Another issue was that there was a grill out back, but there was not a metal spatula. As I said, the house itself is very nice, but all of these other things made our stay, not enjoyable.

Women's retreat

There were 13 women staying forba quiet women's retreat. It was mostly quiet except for the neighbors in the back who had screaming children and loud music playing till late in the evening. The pool and spa were filthy and full of red sand, and the pool filter was not working. The dishwasher had no upper rack and we did plenty of handwashing of dishes. The warming drawer on the oven would not stay closed. The garbage toter was overflowing ehen we arrived so we had to drive all of our trash to the dumpster. The house itself was beautiful, it just needed upkeep.

This was such a beautiful home! Lots of room for everyone, you definitely won’t feel on top of each other! We had a few issues with finding cleaning items for the home. We never located a broom or a mop bucket. So if something spills you end up on your hands and knees. We also had an issue that the hot tub was not working and after multiple attempts to contact the property manager, they finally got back to me and let me know that they would not be sending someone out from maintenance and then stopped responding. They are you did have some road closures due to an event in the area but everything was open by 3 PM and they still did not send anyone out to repair the hot tub. I am hoping to hear back from someone from the property management agency to discuss partial refund due to the fact that the amenities were a large reason that we booked this property and we were unable to be used at any point during our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is pretty, but barely functional. The hot tub doesn’t work as a hot tub, rather a small pool. It can’t heat up because there is no way to cover it. It has obviously been left unrepaired for some time. I don’t think the floors were mopped before our stay. Our socks were dirty without stepping outside. The water isn’t plumbed well, you’ll wait 10 min for hot water and that’s if you can guess which side is hot. We had to dispose of the previous guests trash, piles of it outside plus things behind doors etc that cleaners missed. The door was locked from the inside when we arrived and we waited about an hour while management couldn’t find keys.

There were only a few things which I imagine is because there was a group there before us. The recycling was crazy full so we could barely put any of our things in there, sone of the comforters looked a little dirty, some left over makeup and hair strands, things like that, and when we arrived the cleaners locked the top deadbolt so we actually couldnt get into the property. Luckily the side bedroom glass door was unlocked so we could enter the property. Just some minor things, since overall it was a great stay. Very close to Zion, pool and hot tub was so fun, beautifully big kitchen. It was great.
