Beautiful modern townhouse located near the Center of city, right outside of Chinatown. The convention center is only a 13-minute walk away. This is the perfect location for those in town for a conference/show or those who want to see what Philly has to offer. Guests are welcome to park one car in our private parking lot . In addition, there is free street parking on the street of the property.

Convenient

The townhome is a 25 minute walk from many of the city’s attractions, making it a convenient location for us. There are some good restaurants and breweries nearby. We were comfortable inside, as all the amenities of home were available. We were able to stream a movie, spend an evening chatting on the rooftop and easily make coffee each morning. I would stay here again.
