There is a $5000 deposit for the utilities. The guest would pay the utilities for the duration of their stay. We will provide the latest bills to give you an idea of recent utility costs. The owner pays the pool and gardener fees as well as the trash and water bills. The guest is responsible for the Gas and electric bill. Feel free to ask us questions about this.

"I stayed at this property to celebrate a birthday and this place checked off every box and then some. First off, you walk into the house and it just smelled clean, the a/c was set to the perfect temp and it just really set the tone for the time I spent here. The rooms were spacious and I might book this place again just for the shower. Seriously. The pool is a perfect size and with the pool chiller, you find much-needed relief on those 100+ degree days. You can easily spend the entire day in the water. As for the location, you’re 5 minutes from El Paseo and all the killer restaurants. Can’t beat that! All in all, this was the perfect place to spend a weekend away as a couple but I can totally see myself coming back and bringing my parents, it really is a great property that has everything you need and more."
