Holidays under linden in a 200 year old blacksmith on a park property

The apartment has two floors and is - without a roof terrace - 150 square meters, of which the ground floor level 40 square meters and the attic floor 110 square meters omitted.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a 2 m wide bed and a small living area, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, reading lamp, side table and writing desk.
These rooms are oriented to the east.
In the attic, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there are the living and dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and the full bath with natural light.
The living and dining room has direct access to a 100 sqm roof terrace, from which you have a fantastic panoramic view in the park-like garden with old trees and fruit trees.
The roof terrace is oriented to the southwest and thus from the late morning to sunset sunlit.
On the roof terrace there is a pavilion, a hammock for two and a sitting area.
In the garden there is another terrace that can be reached directly from the roof terrace with a staircase.
The approximately 3.000 square meter garden has extensive lawns, where you can play and relax and look out into the wide sky.

A stationary natural stone barbecue is also available.

Because Harmsdorf is located in the heart of Ostholstein, many beautiful beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Our favorite is the Sehlendorf beach. Fine sand, no stones and very child friendly, because the water is long flat and there are many sandbars.

For cars there is enough space in front of the house on the property.
