Attic apartment with mountain views in a modern country house (built in 2013)
54 m ² for 4 (up to 5 persons), west-facing balcony, large living room with kitchenette. Telephone, TV. Underfloor heating.
The living space is divided into open plan kitchen / dining area and living / sleeping:
Corner seat, highchair, 2 sleeping couches, sat tv,
Kitchen: stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle
Separate bedroom, cot, extra mattress, seating.
Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, baby bath, changing mat.
West-facing balcony, outdoor terrace, lawn, washer and dryer in the house,
Special feature: secured W-LAN (Hotsplots) on request - free of charge
Linen on request for a fee, non-smoking FW,
Wheels can be parked, child friendly! No animals.
