Great spot wirh a country feel, but minutes away from the beaches and downtown. Loved the firepit and patio area and the inside of the cottage was perfect for the two if us .

Cottage Stay

Great property and wonderful space. Close to everything, whether you want the beach or downtown on the river. I loved the extra touches, such as the welcome snacks and the binder with all information, from places to eat locally to instructions for the house.

The perfect getaway

Perfect little cottage experience & amenities

Travelled in for my Mom’s 90th birthday; this adorable little cottage was perfectly situated for us to access Porter’s Neck Village and also have our own space. The hosts were delightful and incredibly responsive. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Great space with all the necessities!

Perfect size spot for my little family. Far enough away from downtown to avoid traffic and noise and close enough for a drive to both beach and city restaurants and fun. Appreciated the kitchen set up - had everything we needed including some light snacks and coffee.

Coastal Cottage

This quaint cottage nestled along a woodlined pond, far enough from the hub-bub to relax and listen to the local wildlife, yet close enough to stores, restaurants, beaches and Wilmington to make for a fulfilling week's stay. The owners have thought of just about everything and are available for any need.

My daughter and son-in-law stayed with me when I came to visit them from Canada. It was a beautiful house and our host were amazing. They thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended 👌

BEST RENTAL/HOSTS EVER!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! Everything was adorable and super clean. Sharlene and Gabriel’s cottage was so thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked with anything you would need (snacks, stocked kitchen, toiletries, beach towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer/etc)! Sharlene even sweetened the space with roses and a beautiful dessert display for us to make our honeymoon even more special. The entire property is gorgeous and there is also a sweet patio space with a fire pit outside! I couldn’t recommend this rental enough! You will LOVE it! We will definitely be back.

We stayed for my 22nd birthday! Such a unique, detailed stay! We will never go back to hotels thanks to these wonderful hosts! Everything about this property…clean, secluded, cool features, aesthetically pleasing, short drive to the beach, amusements, restaurants, and shops!
