Das Apartment verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühlschrank und einem Essbereich sowie über ein Badezimmer. Des Weiteren finden Sie neben einem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auch noch kostenloses WLAN und eine umfangreiche Ausstattung vor. Anzumerken ist, dass das Rauchen in den Zimmern nicht gestattet ist. Die gemütlichen, mit bayerischer Herzenswärme eingerichteten Zimmer sind die Textur für erholsame Tage in unserer Heimat. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach vollständig unseren Erwartungen.Durch die grossen Fenster und der zweckmässigen, modernenEinrichtung ist die Wohnung sehr hell und luftig. Der grosse Ostbalkonist zum Frühstücken ideal.Modernes Bad mit Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten.Ein privater Autoabstellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.Unsere Pedelecs konnten wir in einer Garage sicher abstellen.Die Schlüsselübergabe und eine kurze Einweisung war professionell.Die im Haus wohnenden Besitzer drängten sich nicht auf.Wir empfehlen diese FeWo uneingeschränkt.

Mit sehr gutem Gefuehl kann man diese Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, gleich nebenan eine Bäckerei und eine super tolle Metzgerei, die auch gute und günstige Mittagsmenues anbietet. Ausserdem ist die Rottal-Therme in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, ebenso der Marktplatz von Bad Birnbach. Fazit: Diese Wohnung ist einfach nur MEGA klasse!!!
