Our Tontitown address (north Fayetteville) delivers a central location to many popular destinations such as: The UofA , The Naturals Arvest Ballpark, The Walmart AMP for live music and events, Crystal Bridges Museum, Bikes Blues and BBQ, War Eagle Mill Craft Fair, just to name a few! Incredibly maintained, cozy, comfortable, warm and great location for our purposes. Loving & kind owners & property managers. Highly recommend. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

This was an absolutely lovely cabin in a spot that was beautifully rural, but also with easy access to main highways. It had everything we could possibly need, was decorated beautifully, and was extremely comfortable in every way. Definitely five stars! I hope to stay there again!

Cozy Cabin

Nice stay.

Had a nice stay. Cozy little cabin. Easy to get to U of A. Only issue was very low water pressure in shower. Will rebook when back in the area.

Why they chose this property

Ponderosa Pas is actually my parents' cabin! Their property (The Ponderosa) was built for their retirement together, in order to be closer to kids and grandkids, and enjoy the beautiful land. They acquired Pas during the process of building and moving to Arkansas. I've always had an interest in running a vacation rental due to my love of travel, and truly think NWA is an underrated gem for nature and culture! Volia' - location, property, and interest, and here we are! We hope you love it!

The biggest benefit of all, during your stay here, is the central location of Ponderosa Pas! Visiting or attending something at The University of Arkansas? It is just 15 minutes from the cabin! Want to head north to Crystal Bridges? A quick 20 minute drive has you at the doors of a state of the art museum! Beaver lake, and a variety of natural trails all within easy and quick access during your stay at our cabin. Not to mention the view right outside! Please enjoy.
