Rich and Carol were so friendly, accommodating and communicative! The apartment was so clean, well organized, well appointed and spacious! We loved our stay - it feels away from it all, but it's right down the street from Fayetteville. We enjoyed the game room and just hanging out here. Would love to stay here again!

Our host was out of the country during our stay but still so easy to get ahold of. His daughter was also on stand by in case we needed anything. When coming back to the area, we would gladly stay again!

Wonderful place close to Fayetteville. We were in town to cycle the Greenway from start to end. Home is near the start. Didn't do much other than sleep and shower in the place but it seemed more than adequate for any guests.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location relative to Fayetteville was a little more convenient than I had anticipated. If in town for an event at the university this spot works.

Rich and Carol were so nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the pool. It was cleaned daily, a comfortable temperature, and private. The apartment was beautiful and they went to great lengths to make sure I had all of the information I would need to operate all the appliances and jetted tub. Didn’t get a chance to check out the game room but will definitely be returning!
