Newly renovated modern chic with a laid back vibe. Simple is better. Let your dogs roam in the large fenced backyard while reading a book on the daybed swing, binge watch on the patio 55" smart tv while dinner is on the grill. The outdoor shower and dog wash are a MUST! If you are an inside person, chill at the bar or cuddle on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the 50" smart tv. Plan a day (or 2) to check out all the breweries and distilleries that are in and all around Park Circle. Walk to downtown Park Circle's Montague Avenue. So much development is happening in Park Circle: The Navy Yard, the all new Riverfront Park concert venue, all the breweries and distilleries.. only 5 minutes away. CreditOne stadium 6.8 miles, 8.2 miles to downtown Charleston, airport 5.2 miles, North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center 4.3 miles. Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Park under the carport out of the hot Charleston sun.

3 vehicle max. 6 person max.
Enough toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags for a 3 night stay. If staying longer, may need to pick up additional. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This ensures you have adequate toiletries and the house is maintained. Billing will be separate.

Cozy house in a great location

The house we stayed in was perfect for 6 people and had a great fenced in backyard for the dog. Centrally located and was at the most 15-20 minutes away from everything we did during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

Park Circle Stay

We had a good visit with family. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs they enjoy the backyard area as did we. Brandon, Was there when we needed him very quick to respond. Pros: Property listed photos are a good example of what you can expect. Very convenient to just about everything. Shopping, dining, parks, downtown Cons: Beds were very firm Heavy train activity on Wednesday and Thursday with tracks close by. Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

great time!!!

we really enjoyed the place. everything was clean and easy to find. great outdoor all fenced for the pups. the kitchen was perfect to cook. the neighborhood is amazing with plenty of nice bars, restaurants, coffee shop, all very dog friendly. only 20 min from downtown charleston. would definitely come back.
